The FCF TRAINER is designed to educate you, on how to individually train and what to work on. The app introduces each part of your game and discusses concepts and coaching pointers in-depth. We recommend watching these prior to completing drills. We believe that understanding how to train and what pointers to focus on is just as important than the drill itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you go through the a full training session (group of 3 drills) and complete each exercise. Each drill takes about 15minutes to complete so including rest a full training session should take you close to 60 minutes. 

You will have unlimited access to the FCF TRAINER for a month or a year after signing up, payments will reoccur every month or year, depending on which membership option you decided upon. Complete the drills and your personalised training sessions click complete and your sessions will be logged.

No, the FCF TRAINER program is designed and each player will have a relationship with their trainer and each individual needs to work on different things according to their personalised needs. Yes, our program works on all technical parts of the game. Become technically proficient and you will not only improve at your position, but become a more complete footballer.

As much as you like! We recommend doing something everyday, whether that be a full training session or just a single drill. The more practice you put into your game, the better you will become. Although both the quality and quantity of training are both important, you can't play if you're injured. So be smart and always listen to your body.
